  • Inquiries on our regular holidays (Saturday / Sunday, National holidays, Summer and/or Winter holidays, etc.) will be answered after the next business day.
  • Please note that if you do not receive a reply e-mail, the following cases may apply.
    • When there is an error in the e-mail address you have entered.
    • When the domain that the customer can receive has been specified. Please set up reception from "".
    • When the e-mail from our company is recognized as "spam" due to the settings of your e-mail service or anti-virus software. Please check the "Junk mail folder" or check the settings of the service and software.
  • We will be happy with a separate order of 3,000 bottles or above. (Please make an inquiry to us about detailed conditions.)
