Tiger Corporation regards personal data as valuable property belonging to each individual, and considers it is an important responsibility of the Company to treat it appropriately, and is committed to work on it by declaring as follows.


Collection of personal data

When collecting personal data, the purpose and the Company’s contact information for inquiry shall be provided. The personal data shall be collected only to the extent necessary and by consent of the customer. The collected data shall be used only for the purposes agreed on by customer. Any use of the personal data beyond the purposes agreed upon by the customer must be notified to and consented by the customer.

Request from customer to disclose, correct, delete or discontinue the use of personal data

A contact for inquires for the personal data shall be provided, and any requests from customer for disclosure, correction, deletion, or discontinuation of use of the data shall be attended to the extent reasonable.

Safety management and management of outsourcing company

Any necessary safety management measures shall be taken to prevent leak, loss or damage, or any use of the personal data for purposes other than the original intent. If any failure occurs, corrective action shall be immediately taken..

The Company shall sign a confidentiality agreement with any of its outsourcing companies to properly handle the personal data

Personal data protection system of the Company

In addition to appointing a person in charge of personal data protection management, the Company appoints a responsible manager for each division that deals with personal data to take above measures appropriately in an effort to sufficiently control personal data. Also, periodical educational campaigns shall be provided for the Company’s employees in order for them to take appropriate personal data protection measures.

Article 10: Data protection authorities

In addition to the customers’ right above, those who live or work within EU or who claim that the Policy violates GDPR may submit complaints to the control authority. However, we ask that a customer contact the Company prior to submitting complaints to the control authority.

Article 11: General clause

  1. The Company shall have the right to delete the website users’ account without prior notice at all times. In the event of account deletion, the Company shall bear no responsibility for the website user.

  2. The Company shall reserve the right to revise the Privacy policy periodically. The website users are responsible for review any applicable provisions periodically. The last revision to the Privacy policy was made in August 2018.

  3. In the event that any provision of the Privacy policy conflicts with laws and regulations, the said provision shall be replaced by other similar provision reflecting the same intent. Even in that case, any other provisions shall continue to be applicable without any change.
