ABOUT PAYMENT

Payment method

When ordering, please select your preferred payment method on the cart screen.

Credit card

The following credit cards can be used.
VISA / MasterCard / Amex
Payment will be processed after the order has been placed. If you subsequently cancel your order in whole or in part, a refund will be issued.
The refund will be issued to the credit card you used when you placed your order. Please note that the total refund will be processed as a single amount calculated on the cancellation deadline date given for your original order. A refund in that amount will then be issued. It may take up to two months from the time of issuance for the refund to appear on your credit-card statement. The refund may appear on your statement as a negative amount, depending on the credit-card company.


Cash on delivery (COD)

A method of paying the price when the product is delivered.
Cash on delivery settlement is available only for delivery within Japan.

How to use the coupons

After clicking “To take the purchase procedure”, enter the coupon code in the screen where the delivery address it to be written. And press “Apply”.

  • You can use the coupon once for one person.
  • The coupons will not be accepted after the expiration date.
  • Please make sure that a coupon has been applied in the screen of order confirmation.
  • It is not possible to cancel the coupon after use nor apply it to another order.
  • Not possible to convert the coupon to money nor get a refund.
  • Not possible to assign a coupon to another person nor exchange it with another one.

Receipt

We are currently preparing to issue a receipt online. If you would like a receipt, please fill in the remarks column when ordering.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Tax-included amount fluctuates depending on the consumption tax rate.

For shipping cost:
Order above 5,000 yen (tax included) will be delivered for free within Japan.
A shipping cost of 550 yen (tax included) shall be charged for any order less than 5,000 yen (tax included).

  • We strictly do not combine orders to refund shipping cost even if the combination of the orders is more than 5,000 yen (tax included). Please do confirm quantity before checking out.
  • An additional shipping cost of 500 yen will be charged per destination for delivery to more than one destination as long as the order is below 5,000 yen (tax included) per destination.

Delivery Times:

You can specify your delivery window with the Sagawa Express delivery service.
Please choose from the following options: 8:00–12:00, 14:00–16:00, 16:00–18:00, 18:00–20:00, 19:00–21:00.


Cash-on-delivery fee:

Cash on delivery settlement is available only for delivery within Japan.

It is a fee according to the cash-on-delivery amount of the product.
300 yen up to 9,999 yen (excluding tax),
400 yen up to 29,999 yen (excluding tax),
600 yen up to 99,999 yen (excluding tax),
1,000 yen up to 300,000 yen (excluding tax)

  • A settlement fee will be charged even if the transaction is not completed due to the buyer's decline of product acceptance.
  • Fare, money transfer fee, and revenue stamp fee are not included in the settlement fee.
  • If the COD amount per case is 55,000 yen (tax included) or more, a stamp equivalent of 220 yen (tax included) is required.
  • The cash-on-delivery amount for one payment is up to 300,000 yen.

[Note]

  • Cash on delivery is a method of handing the product in exchange for the price at the time of delivery.
  • Please be sure to confirm the total payment amount, stock status and delivery status by the order confirmation email from our company.
  • Total payment is (total product price + consumption tax + cash-on-delivery fee (tax included))
  • COD fee: Please refer to the table below.
  • Please pay the price to the delivery staff at the time of product delivery.
  • There are some where COD system cannot be used. (In that case, we will contact you.)

Delivery method

It will be shipped within one week after receiving the order.
It will be shipped by Sagawa Express in Japan. If the payment method is cash on delivery and delivery to some areas delivery will be made by Yamato Transport.

Delivery date

After receiving your order, it will be delivered in about one week.

  • It may take, however, more than a week depending on the stock status of the product and the destination
  • Due to natural disasters, traffic conditions, Golden Week holidays [holiday period] , the New Year holidays, or other circumstances, it may take more than a week.

Delivery address

On the order screen, please specify the destination (delivery address). If you have registered in advance, the registered address will be displayed.
If you have registered multiple addresses, you can specify from among them.
If you want to change it, please edit the registered address or register from "Add new address".

  • Please note that you cannot change the shipping address if it has already been shipped. In that case, you will be notified of the package number already shipped, so please contact the shipping company by yourself.

ABOUT PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Product return and exchange

Please contact us within fourteen (14) days after delivery and return it to us. However, exchange cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items that have been damaged or damaged for reasons not attributable to our company;
  • Products that have passed 14 days or more without any notification after the product arrived to your destination.

In the case of defective products

In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective, please contact us within nine (9) days after delivery and return it to us within fourteen (14) days by cash on delivery of shipping cost. Shipping costs for returning defective products will be borne by us. After confirming the returned product, we will ship the non-defective product with our advance payment or return the price.

In the case of return due to customer's convenience

In the case of products returned because of customer's convenience such as image difference from the applied product, we will exchange or return the price only for unused and non-defective product.

However, orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been shipped. Regardless of whether payment is by COD or credit card, goods must be received from the delivery company, after which customers can follow the return or exchange procedures.

In such case, the shipping cost for product delivery/return as well as an extra charge for COD shall be borne by a customer.

In the case of refund, the difference between the round-trip shipping fee and the cash-on-delivery fee at the time of delivery and return of the product will be refunded.

If you wish to change the product, we will return the product you sent earlier and process it by refund, so please order the product you want again.

Delivery outside of Japan

Delivery areas

Delivery outside of Japan are limited to the United States of America and Canada.

Shipping cost

Delivery will be served by DHL. The customer will be charged for the shipping cost specified by our company. In case of purchase from overseas, the Japanese consumption tax will not be included in the invoiced amount. The shipping cost the customer pays in our website does not include customs duty nor VAT. Please pay the customs duty and VAT directly to the forwarding company.

In case the storage period is passed due to a wrong address or decline of acceptance, etc. the product will be returned back to our company and the customer will be charged for the additional shipping cost for return and re-delivery.

Customs duty

In all cases the customer is liable to pay the customs duty and submit all the documents required by the customs of each country. In case the customer refuses to pay the duty, the product will be returned to our company. In this case the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the shipping cost charged by the forwarding company as well as the shipping cost to return the product.

Delivery method

It will be shipped within one week after receiving the order, by DHL from our distribution warehouse. Regarding the delivery status after completion of shipping from our warehouse, please check it in the DHL website using the tracking number written on the shipping completion email.

  • The delivery can be delayed due to the conditions such as stock status of the product, destination address, natural disasters and traffic conditions as well as long vacation period, the New Year holidays and other reasons.

Cancellation of the order

After the shipping completion, cancellation, return of the product or refund request due to whatever reasons the customer may have can not be accepted.

Return of defective products

In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective, please contact us within thirty (30) days after the product arrival. We will make a refund of the product.
All the inquires shall be made by writing emails to support@tigerbottles.com with the customer’s name, email address, order number and the name of the product to be returned. If possible, please send us a picture of the defective product.
We will send a letter for return and the related invoice by attaching them to an email. Please print out and paste it on the returned product. Shipping cost for returning defective products will be borne by us.
After confirming the returned product, we will make a refund by using the settlement method the customer used in our site.

However, the exchange can not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items that have been damaged or broken for reasons not attributable to our company.
  • Products that have passed 30 days or more without any notification after the product arrived to your destination.
  • Exchange request due to an order mistake by the customer (such as a wrong order pleacement)
  • Request for exchange or refud of sale products can not be accepted.
